5. Orders and Transactions

When you place an order through DaTreehouse, you are making an offer to purchase products from an independent vendor. The vendor has the right to accept or reject your order.

5.2 ID Verification

All orders require valid government-issued ID verification. By uploading your ID, you consent to its use for age verification purposes.

5.3 Pricing and Payment

Prices are set by individual vendors. All sales are final unless otherwise specified in our Order & Refund Policy.

6. Vendor Relationships

DaTreehouse acts as a platform connecting customers with independent vendors. We are not responsible for:

• Product quality or accuracy of descriptions
• Delivery times or issues
• Vendor compliance with local laws
• Disputes between customers and vendors

However, we will assist in resolving disputes when possible.

7. Content and Reviews

By posting reviews, photos, or other content, you grant DaTreehouse a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content.

7.2 Content Guidelines
